We have great Private Apartments in the very heart of Edinburgh city centre located just 50 yards from the Grassmarket Party Zone. The private apartments are ‘Stag Friendly’ and within easy walking, crawling and staggering distance of all of Edinburgh’s best pubs and clubs. Each of our adjoining Apartments have 2 x 4 Bed Rooms or Twins as well as lounge area and fully fitted kitchen. We can accommodate groups of up to 48 Persons.
FRIDAY EVENING – LAPDANCING
Start your Party weekend in style at our great city centre Lapdancing Club watching some gorgeous home grown and international beauties reach places that other beers cannot reach. There really is nothing quite like the non contact sport of lap dancing just make sure you leave the credit card at home or you might have some serious explaining to do.

SATURDAY – PAINTBALL
Paintball – Exhilarating and tactical team war game which is a great escape from everyday life. Run through various zones and scenarios in the glorious Edinburgh countryside shooting your mates with paint pellets and throwing a few undisclosed mystifiers with the aim of emerging victorious. Specially trained Marshals will provide full instruction and remind you that you can’t get up yet as you are still dead.
You will be provided with 100 paint pellets, helmet, camouflage jumpsuit, complete with team colours, anti-mist mask complete with skip-cap which protects your face, forehead and most importantly your eyes. Lunch and refreshments are also included in our price.
EXTREME QUAD BIKES
Quad Safari: All equipment and qualified staff provided, so its safety first followed by a load of fun. Off into the woods, through rivers, up and down dales; watch the mud fly for some of the best fun you’ll ever have.
Watch the mud fly and have the time of your life whizzing through the beautiful Edinburgh countryside on our fantastic Quad Safari. Cross rivers, drive through woods, and climb the most demanding hills imaginable. Whether the obstacle you face is water, mud or an almost vertical slope these powerful 250 cc off-road All Terrain vehicles are capable of negotiating all types of terrain. Finish your weekend in style with a guided pub crawl of some of Edinburgh’s very best bars. Guided by our charming hostesses who will be your bar guides for the evening. Wind you way through the historic streets of Edinburgh’s old and new town visiting 4 or 5 great bars. Have fun and receive some free drinks along the way as you check out the Edinburgh Night scene. Still have some energy left after the bar crawl and don’t want to return to your digs just yet to watch News at Ten?.
