Our Stag & Hen friendly Serviced Apartments tick all the boxes for a great weekend.  Each person gets separate beds in our 2 Bedroom apartment there is also a designated smoking area. The excellent apartments are situated in Leith which is 2.6 km or 15-20 minutes walk from Edinburgh Princes Street/Royal Mile, 2.3 km from Edinburgh Playhouse, and less than a kilometer from Leith Ocean Terminal/Royal Yacht Britannia.

The apartments all have free WiFi and free Sky Sports. If there is a Masterchef in the group wanting to cook a magnificent breakfast for the Lads or Lassies the kitchens are fully equipped with a Dining table and all the cutlery, and crockery required.  There’s also a washing machine/tumble dryer, cooking facilities, and a fridge.

They each have a lounge with a fireplace and a TV with Freeview channels. There are 2 supermarkets just 2 minutes walk away.

All bed linen and towels are provided in each apartment as well as ironing facilities.

The  Apartments also contain fold-away beds as an extra bed option. The 34 bus stops outside and takes 10 minutes to reach Edinburgh city centre and Waverley Rail Station. Edinburgh Royal Yacht Britannia is 10 minutes in the opposite direction.
